The Real Estate Club® was established in 1994. Alan Fine, the founder, envisioned a better way of providing real estate services to the general public than the conventional methods.  These methods often compromise the best interests of both home buyers and sellers. The Alan Fine (and therefore Real Estate Club® ) philosophy is that for a real estate transaction to occur, it must be in the best interests of both parties involved (buyer and seller).

Alan Fine is well-known within the San Diego real estate and mortgage communities. He writes a daily newsletter advising mortgage brokers on interest rate trends.
